Yes, we offer personalized cleaning plans to meet your unique needs. Please discuss your requirements with our team, and we will tailor a plan that aligns with your preferences.
You will not be charged until after the service is provided and you are 100% satisfied with your clean. We do “pre charge” or place a HOLD on the card 24 hours in advance of the clean and will not send a provider to the job site without a valid card on file.
To ensure consistency and quality, our team follows a detailed service checklist for each visit. If you would like to add tasks or areas not included in your selected service, please contact us in advance. We are happy to discuss available add-ons and provide pricing prior to your appointment.
All of our cleaning professionals are carefully screened to ensure we work only with individuals of the highest integrity. We always wear shoe covers inside your home and use gloves during all cleaning services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Masks are available upon request, and we are happy to wear them to ensure your comfort and peace of mind.
To protect the health of our clients and team members — especially those with allergies, asthma, or autoimmune conditions — we do not clean or remove animal waste under any circumstances. We kindly ask that any pet accidents be fully addressed prior to our arrival.
We do not clean homes with insect infestations. The issue must be addressed before service, as we cannot risk exposure to other clients.
Glass & Safety Policy: For safety reasons, we do not handle large amounts of broken glass, including shattered mirrors or windows. Small amounts of broken glass (such as a dropped drinking glass) can be carefully swept and disposed of. All collected glass is handled and discarded properly to ensure safety.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, for non-emergency situations, will incur a $75 booking fee.
